Every state in the US has different rules and regulations relating to the ways a brewery can produce, market, and sell beer. One major area states tend to vary is the process for getting licensed by the state as a brewery. My goal here is to start with overviews of a few states and expand until I have useful information for most if not all 50 states and the District of Columbia.
